North Creek Ranch is a patch of private land surounded by public land nestled in the foot hills of the magnificent Tushar Mountains, named for the Paiute word for white, T'shar.

North Creek Ranch is one of the last of the old ranches left on the Beaver Bench, cattle summer on the ranch today maintaining a tradition that the Jolley family now hopes to share with the each and every land owner at North Creek Ranch.
